Summer means cool salads and fresh berries, and that’s just what we have here from the Black Forest. I was honored that they asked me to shoot some more food for them to feature some of their summer menu items. I always have a blast. And a special thank-you goes out to Christina for letting me borrow a couple of her colored plates to help with the food styling!
Here we have their Potato Salad in Dill Buttermilk Dressing:
The Roasted Root Vegetable Salad (and that’s a wrap with Red Pepper Hummus & Crunchy Vegetables in the background):
And the new Tabbouli Salad. As soon as I opened the container it yelled at me to use the green for the background. I heard it loud and clear. Doesn’t it look great?
And to end on a sweet note, here is their beautiful and creamy-dreamy Passionfruit Mango Cheesecake. I love the happy little swirl! I felt like wearing sunscreen when I ate this, it just felt like the tropics!
