I’m still beaming over meeting Alex and Matt this past weekend for their engagement photos. They were the sweetest couple ever–friendly, up for anything, and most of all, ready to get their smooch on in front of a total stranger. Which is awesome. They came ready with an adorable picnic basket filled with flowers, munchies and chocolate covered pretzels. I quickly learned that Alex loves chocolate, so of course I can immediately relate. We met up in the evening and enjoyed the waning sunlight as we walked around and found great light and cool places to pause and make some photos. Alex and Matt are the sweetest couple and I loved hearing about all their wedding plans as they have developed so far.
Enjoy some of my favorite images from their engagement session. I love that they didn’t just pose for photos; they actually interacted with each other and allowed me to photograph them as if I wasn’t even there. Very little direction was given to them. I’m pretty sure they just knew what they wanted and went for it. 😉 This is a portrait session that I am truly proud of.
