Annie and Sean were one of nearly every couple this year to have their wedding plans altered by Covid-19, finding themselves needing to reschedule large gatherings and rebook vendors where necessary. While their original wedding was to take place in Portland, Maine, they decided to go ahead with a small oceanside wedding surrounded by immediate family only. Their party will wait until next year!
Their small gathering of immediate family included about 15 people, and took place on August 15 at the home of a family friend right on the beach at Wallis Sands, New Hampshire.
There is hardly a more stunning backdrop for a simple wedding.
The micro ceremony was officiated by Annie’s older brother, and the roar of the ocean was just steps away.
In a perfect COVID-19 precaution, every guest was given their own box of hors d’oeuvres. These included cheese, hummus, crackers, and more, along with a beautiful little box of macarons from La Maison Navarre.
Thank you, Annie and Sean, for having me photograph your very special day. I hope you have an amazing celebration next year with all your family and friends!
