How it Works
Congratulations on your engagement! As you begin your wedding planning process, I realize that you have likely never arranged anything quite like this before. The number of vendors that you need to select and book can feel daunting. I’d love to make hiring your photographer an easy process by providing you with as much information on my website as I possibly can.
Your venue or location is the very first thing that you need to book, which also finalizes your wedding date. Once you have officially booked your venue, your photographer needs to follow closely behind as #2. Photographers, like venues, typically book a year or more in advance (especially for popular dates) so in order to secure someone whose work you love and speaks to your style, it’s a decision that needs to happen as far out as you can manage.
Here’s how it works:
9-12 months before
Search photographers’ websites, find someone you love, and book them immediately before they get away.
1-2 weeks before
We’ll meet up again for coffee, or over the phone, or even email, to go over your final timeline and your wedding information worksheet that I sent out at booking, as well as go over any final questions. Time to get excited!
I spend all day with you documenting your amazing details, moments, and memories.
1-2 days after
Watch for sneak previews from me on Facebook! Tag yourselves, share with friends and family, and enjoy all the comments and praise telling you how gorgeous you looked.
1-2 weeks later
I’ll email you a link to your full online gallery, ready to share with the world! You can begin sharing and downloading immediately.
