How to Book Your New England Wedding
Booking your elegant, laid-back outdoor wedding with Erika Follansbee Photography is a simple process.
- After you have explored my website, familiarized yourself with my portfolio and style (and loved it!), reviewed my FAQ and prices… let’s say you have decided that you’d like to get in touch with me. Please use the “Become a Client” contact form at the top of the website, and complete some brief information.
- If your wedding date is available, we’ll schedule a time to get together at my office in Goffstown. Relax, this is NOT a sales pitch! I have no interest in upselling products to you, or trying to convince you to book more services than you need. I prefer to let my website do its own selling, and if you decide you’d like to meet with me, the only purpose is for us to get to know each other. I’d love to get a sense of your personalities, talk about what makes your wedding unique, and find out what YOU want in your wedding package. I’d love for you to realize how laid back I am, and to begin to feel comfortable with me as someone who’ll be documenting a really special day for you. We’ll talk about the packages that I offer, and we’ll figure out which one will be the best fit for your day and what you’re looking for. You’ll have the opportunity to view sample albums, wall art, and see an example of what your online gallery will look like.
- Once you’ve decided that you want to proceed with booking, I will mail you out a contract packet which outlines all pertinent information about your wedding that we’ve already discussed, including the terms of your chosen package.
- You’ll return one signed copy of the contract, along with your non-refundable retainer fee of $750, and you are officially booked! Payment is accepted in the following methods: check, cash, or all major credit cards (processed online through Square).
